Working for a business support provider you will be responsible for answering volume calls for a number of different companies, taking messages and forwarding with urgency.
This is a face paced environment and you will need to work well under pressure. You will be computer literate and be able to multitask. Possess a good telephone manner and have great customer service skills.
Required Skills and Attributes:
08:00 - 20:00 - Monday/Friday - Shifts
Occasional Saturday and Sunday shifts required
