Required Skills and Attributes:
Previous experience in Tech and IT is not essential, but you will have a passion for technology and have excellent GCSES’s along with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. - Reliable and committed with great communication skills both written and verbal, be well organised with great multi-tasking skills.
- You will be self-motivated with a good team spirit and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- You will gain experience in working with routers, firewalls, wireless routers and as a Technical Support Agent you will have the desire to learn about supporting broadband, Windows XP and Email, VoIP, IT and Telecoms.
