Covering sickness and annual leave on a busy reception desk within a well known car dealership.
You will be monitoring the switchboard, answering the telephone and transferring all calls to the relevant department, meeting a greeting customers, updating the system logging all calls received and taking messages where appropriate while remaining polite, friendly and professional at all times.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- You must be flexible, and available for temporary work at sometimes short notice
- Approachable and polite
- Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone
08:30 - 17:30 - Monday/Friday
