Description:

Responsible for overseeing the Kitchen and Domestic, Maintenance and Customer Services operations. You will supervise these areas, having 15 staff plus two supervisor.

Role:
  • You must be experienced in management and the management of teams
  • Overseeing KPIs, budgets, ordering, wages and overtime
  • Shift rotas, Administration within the centre, Health & Safety, procurement and Maintenance
  • You will be a member of the senior management team
  • Service the team in its minutes and managing the QMS process

Required Skills and Attributes:
  • Managerial experience
  • Excellent communicator
  • NVQ Level 4, Degree or Equivalent in related field
  • COSHH / Health and Safety

Hours:

08:00 - 16:30 - Early Shift

12:30 - 21:00 - Late Shift

Three Week Rotating Shift Rota
