Responsible for overseeing the Kitchen and Domestic, Maintenance and Customer Services operations. You will supervise these areas, having 15 staff plus two supervisor.
- You must be experienced in management and the management of teams
- Overseeing KPIs, budgets, ordering, wages and overtime
- Shift rotas, Administration within the centre, Health & Safety, procurement and Maintenance
- You will be a member of the senior management team
- Service the team in its minutes and managing the QMS process
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Managerial experience
- Excellent communicator
- NVQ Level 4, Degree or Equivalent in related field
- COSHH / Health and Safety
08:00 - 16:30 - Early Shift
12:30 - 21:00 - Late Shift
