  • Receiving, screening and directing calls to the relevant department
  • Meeting and greeting Clients and visitors
  • Organising and prepare the board room in advance of meetings
  • Arrange refreshments and tidying away after the meetings
  • Ensuring to keep a clean and tidy presentable working and office environment
  • Setting up Client files
  • Mail merging and sending out letters using MS Word
  • Delegation and management of certain office duties
  • Ensuring tasks are completed correctly within tight business timescales
  • Filing, photocopying and scanning documents
  • Spreadsheet analysis using MS Excel
  • Raising Client bills
  • Stationery replenishment and ordering

  • Ability to deliver authority and delegate tasks
  • Organised and methodical

Monday/Friday, 37.5 hours per week - 09:00 and 17:00
