The Role:

Assist in the continued development of key accounts by providing all clients with an efficient and professional level of service within agreed timescales and in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures

Achieve revenue targets by identifying and fulfilling customers areas of need for services provided

Responsible for a pre-determined portfolio of Clients

Act as the primary point of contact for the Client

Proactively provide innovative solutions to Client’s needs

Provide a high level of customer service

Excellent communication in line with business requirements

Arrange and carry out all work to meet with agreed Company and Client timescales

Working closely with the Operations and Administration teams

Ensure work is being effectively scheduled and carried out

Assist in the maintenance of the pipeline using the in-house CRM system

Support the Operations team by preparing and issuing accurate quotations

Skills and Attributes required:

Develop, build, and maintain relationships with Clients

Observe the requirement for confidentiality where appropriate

Adhere to the Company’s Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management plans

Ensure that project requirements are clearly understood by all involved

Achieve realistic sales targets set by the company

The Hours:

8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday
