Call Centre Associate – Part Time

 

Permanent position

 

16 hours (Flexibility required, core hours 8-4pm Monday to Friday)

 

£9.50 per hour

 

The Role:

Working in a dedicated department, the successful candidate will be part of a small but busy team, required to have a positive, can do attitude, able to show resilience and willing to work to own initiative.

 

Duties will include, monitoring calls, checking customer accounts and transactions, responding to emails and occasionally resolving customer complaints over the phone and email.

 

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

 

Key requirements are:

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

Understanding of Microsoft packages including Excel

Must be reliable and flexible

Self-motivated

Very organised

Positive and friendly approach

Ability to complete tasks within set time frames

Forward thinking individual
