The Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Every other Saturday 9-4 With half a day RDO in the week additional hours paid as overtime

The Role:

Due to expansion we are working in partnership with our successful fine collectables company

We are looking to recruit for the customer service team, the opportunity offers permanent roles with an excellent environment, ongoing support and training

Dealing with incoming calls and messages and offering customer support messages

Enhancing the customer service experience

Accurately records and logs interaction with customers

Updates account information and able to retrieve this information to create reports for management

Keeps sensitive information and financial records private and confidential

Maintains best practices for efficient communication with customers

Address customer questions about new products and services

Willing to learn to properly apply company policy to customer solutions
