The Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Every other Saturday 9-4 With half a day RDO in the week additional hours paid as overtime

 

 

The Role:

Due to expansion we are working in partnership with our successful fine collectables company

We are looking to recruit for Personal Shoppers, the opportunity offers permanent roles with an excellent environment, ongoing support and training

 

Answering inbound customer calls within the contact centre

Providing first opportunity resolution to customers

Updating and maintaining customer accounts in accordance with policies and procedures

Building rapport and longevity with customers by providing excellent customer service

Providing a broad knowledge of products to customers

Identifying opportunities for sales through service

Utilising negotiation techniques when handling return requests

Multi-tasking calls and administration duties

Updating administration sheets in accordance with business requirements

Dealing with Customers queries

Achieving Monthly and daily targets set

Promoting and upselling products

Identifying opportunities for sales through service

 

Making sure, all KPI’s are achieved and sales targets are hit not only as an individual but also as a team
