The Role:

Working with a company and team that pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service

You will be first call point of contact to ensure our clients receive the highest level of customer service

Dealing with a variety of calls from midterm adjustments to payment calls

Requests for duplicate documents to adding drivers

We offer a polite and professional service, building rapport and happy customers is important in this role

Taking all types of customer service calls and processing admin

Dealing with complaint calls

Complying with DPA (Data Protection Act)

FCA (Financial Conduct Authority)

& Company Policy and Procedures

Liaising with Insurers and other third parties

Skills and attributes:

We are ideally looking for someone who would enjoy working within our fast paced and busy Customer Service department

Experience in a customer service environment

Motor vehicle insurance experience is an advantage

A brilliant telephone manner

The ability to build a rapport

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The ability to resolve complaints professionally and in a timely manner

Excellent computer skills

The ability to provide a first call resolution on all calls

Cert CII qualified would be advantageous

The Hours:

Between 8.30am – 7pm Monday to Friday

Rotating weeks:

8.30am – 5pm

9am – 5.30pm

10.30am – 7pm

NO full weekends

Only every other Saturday 9am – 1pm in return, half a day off in the week
