6 Month Contract

Up to £20k

The Role:

This role requires excellent organisational and communication skills able to multi task

Support to the Recruitment Officer

Co-ordinate and communicate scheduling of interviews

Prepare offer letters and contracts with a high level of accuracy

Collect signed offer letters and ensures all new hire documents are dealt with

Support with ad hoc tasks related to candidate co-ordination and team support

Submit background check requests

Help maintain career pages on internal and external job board sites

Ensure Applicant Tracking System is monitored and administered

Assist in administration and maintenance of databases

Skills and Attributes Required:

Previous experience in a busy supporting role

Strong sense of urgency and multi-tasking abilities

Must be highly organised, reliable, detail oriented and self-motivated

Proficiency at providing coordination support in a fast-paced corporate environment

Intermediate to advanced skills in using Microsoft Office suite, including email, PowerPoint, calendar programs, and Excel

Superior customer service skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work with diverse groups of people at all levels of authority

Full Time

37 Hours

Monday to Friday

8am/8.30am Start to 4.30pm/5pm
