Skills and Attributes required:

Self-motivated and able to work to and achieve a variety of targets

Passionate with an interest sales results

Customer focused background with a hunger to develop

Hard working and committed

Excellent rapport building and communication skills

Organised with good computer skills including the use of word, excel and outlook

Professional, polite and a desire to earn money

An excellent telephone manner and the ability to deliver a high level of customer service

The Role:

The position involves B2B sales, developing new business sales and most importantly a passion to build and develop customer relationships

Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all colleagues

Initially you will be talking to people at all levels in business over the phone

Responsible for generating new business opportunities

Nurture & develop client relationships

Offer professional advisory support

Manage your own diary and opportunities

Creating opportunities, make decisions and move your vision for yourself forward

You will need to become an expert on all things Health & Safety

You will need to continually update details and orders on our CRM

You will be required to network on social media channels like Linkedin as part of your daily routine

You will be responsible for the selling and booking of Health & Safety training courses to business across the UK

You will be required to follow up on all client activity on a proactive basis

You will be expected to support clients with their Health & Safety and account enquiries in a helpful and professional way

A desire to learn is more important to us than your current knowledge of the health & safety industry
