The Role:

As an administrator you will be responsible for handling all customer correspondence and will play an active role in supporting our contact centre through email, letter, and webchat

To be successful you will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for performance and a hunger to progress within the business

You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where ‘first time resolution’ lies at the heart of what we do

It is therefore important you are self-motivated, able to multitask and can confidently respond to all customer correspondence with accuracy and within service level agreements

The role is challenging yet rewarding as you’ll be dealing with a variety of customers with different financial situations each day and tailoring solutions to help them on the road to financial recovery

To help you launch your career, we will provide in-depth induction training where you will quickly become an expert on the industry

Skills and attributes required:

To demonstrate drive and enthusiasm

Able to project a positive and friendly attitude

Resilience, tenacity, and ability to working under pressure

Shows self-motivation and is target focussed

Possess exceptional written skills

Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, through accurate correspondence

Educated to degree level or have a minimum of 2+ years relevant experience

Full Time

8am – 4.30 pm or 9am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday
