Starting salary £21528 + Shift allowance of £6458, equating to £27986

After successful completion of probation

Salary £23655 + Shift allowance of £7097, equating to £30752

Salary annual reviews and further progressions available

Full time, Shifts including Days and Nights

The Role

Working on a plant you will be part of a small tea ensuring the required operational results and objectives through the efficient and effective running of a production plant

Operating the plant duties in accordance with site and safety procedures

Ensure that the Company and legislative standards of Health & Safety and QA are upheld at all times

Operate the plant in a consistent and reliable manner through the appropriate use of tools, equipment, control systems

Report all relevant information in line with Company policy and procedures

Completion of process documentation such as Batch sheets and Stock movement sheets

Be responsible for delivering accurate information during shift handover

Ensure that laboratory testing is carried out in accordance with the relevant Lab procedures

Skills and Attributes

Must be reliable

Able to work shifts

Offer attention to detail and interest in working on a site plant

Production work ideal

Engineering advantageous

A solid work history even if trained in a different sector

Full training provided

The Hours

Shifts will include Days and Nights

Days 6am – 6pm

Nights 6pm – 6.30am

3 Days On

1 Day Off

4 Nights On

1 Day Off

3 Nights

10 Days Off
