Service Coordinator – Support Worker – Adult Services

Temporary ongoing (with Permanent Opportunity)

Salary: £11.16 per hour (£21,756)

Enhanced DBS Required

The Role:

This is a key post contributing to the delivery housing services to residents

Deliver a customer focused service

Co-ordinate support and agencies available to clients

Dealing with mental health and addiction partner support

Working with clients in-house and in dispersed accommodation

Work effectively as a team member delivering excellent services to clients

Knowledge of Health and Safety

Basic knowledge of Universal Credit and Benefits

Ability to manage own time with a proactive approach

Ability to deal with challenging behaviours

Hours:

2 weekly rota

37.5 hours

Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00

Every other weekend 09:00-17:00 or 14:00-22:00
